Cake with sweet cheese and raspberries

Mix all the ingredients for the countertop, put a sheet of parchment at the base of the form and place it as evenly as you can. Because I preferred to leave the biscuits in larger pieces and not finely ground, the layer came out quite uneven and not very decorative, but this did not bother me (not being the dessert for pretentious guests) but only to enjoy it in the family.

Mix the cheese with the sugar, then with the eggs one at a time and finally the starch.

Put half of the cheese composition then a glass of raspberry and on top the rest of the sweet cheese.

Bake for about an hour at 180 degrees (possible and less depending on the oven)

Remove from the oven and leave to cool a bit. On top we will put the rest of the raspberries mixed with sugar to taste and vanilla.
