It is a light and delicate dessert, only good at the end of a hearty meal. Strawberries are among my favorite fruits and I try every spring to make the most of their wonderful taste. I always make strawberry jam, strawberry syrup and of course strawberry desserts. I always make strawberry smoothies for my husband Strawberry ice cream.
For the strawberry mousse recipe I bought the strawberries because ours were not ripe yet. I was still looking for Romanian strawberries that would still taste and be sweet. I found some good and pretty sweet ones, perfect for this foam.
There are many recipes for strawberry mousse, most based on egg white and a lot of sugar. I preferred not to make this type of recipe primarily because raw egg whites are used and there are people who do not want to eat raw eggs. Secondly, I did not want to use a large amount of sugar when it is not really necessary.
That being said, I preferred to make a strawberry foam with whipped cream and add sugar just enough to sweeten the dessert enough. Of course, sugar can be replaced with any other sweetener you want and can be added more or less, depending on the taste and how sweet the strawberries are. For whipped cream I used sweet cream, with 35% fat that I beat- Oh, well. It is very important that the cream is very, very cold and beaten at high speed. The whipped cream must be very firm, but be very careful not to beat it too much because it separates and turns into butter.
This is the only complicated part of the recipe. All you have to do is mix the mashed strawberries with the whipped cream and mix well. I also added some diced strawberries for texture. Put the dessert in the fridge and serve in individual cups. Of course, a spoon is enough and you can serve it directly from the bowl. That's good. CAKE MARZIPAN WITH FILLING OF WHIPPED CREAM AND STRAWBERRIES
Marzipan cake is my favorite, the aroma and consistency of marzipan, I go back to childhood. to chewing gum and caramels after which I was crazy when I was little and for which I accept to listen to my mother and be good :)
Here is the simplest cake recipe in which we also use marzipan and fruit, an easy and quick way to make marzipan cake with a little play)

- peeled almonds - 450 gr
- powdered sugar - 450 gr
- eggs - 1 pc
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- eggs - 6 pcs
- flour - 6 tbsp
- oil - 6 tbsp
- sugar - 6 tbsp

MODE OF PLAY:
