Dessert tender cake with cheese and strawberries

This quick and delicious recipe is only good for a picnic with the chefs. Recently I discovered the secret of a cake with tender cheese, which melts in the mouth: the egg whites are beaten separately and easily incorporated into the cheese composition. Cream is also added to the cheese composition. The result is a fluffy cake that quickly disappears from the plate.

  • 500 g sweet cottage cheese
  • 150 g cream
  • 100 g ground sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • Lemon essence
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g flour
  • 300-400 g strawberries

Servings: 10

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert tender cake with cheese and strawberries:

Mix the sweet cheese with the yolks, sour cream, ground sugar, lemon essence. Add the flour and mix well.

Beat the abuse well with a pinch of salt and add them over the cream cheese with light movements.

Pour half of the cream cheese into the tray lined with baking paper and greased with butter (on the edges) and place slices of strawberries. Pour the rest of the cream cheese on top and place another layer of strawberries.

Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 30-40 minutes.

When you pass the toothpick test, take the cake out of the oven and let it cool, then gently pass a knife over the edges of the tray and open the ring from the tray.

A quick idea for an evening when you don't have much time to cook! These pizzas are delicious, you can combine the ingredients according to your preferences and they disappear quickly from the plates :)

I made them from frozen puff pastry, so that they can be faster, but they can also be made with homemade dough.

I thawed the dough at room temperature, then spread it on the table (but left it on the cellophane sheet in which it was wrapped).

I spread the whole surface of the ketchup dough, and over it I put finely chopped ham and grated cheese.

I rolled the filled dough sheet with the help of cellophane. I cut slices from the "roll" of dough and placed them in the tray on baking paper.

I sprinkled them with oregano and salt.

I put them in the oven for 20 minutes.

This is one of the old recipes for minced meat with cheese. It turns out to be a juicy, very satisfying and aromatic preparation.

For cooking, you need the following ingredients:

& # 8211 minced pork, 800 g

& # 8211 minced chicken, 300 g

Soak the bread in a little milk and squeeze it after 5 minutes.

Mix both types of minced meat, salt and pepper to taste. You can also add other spices.

Finely chop the onion or blend with a blender and add to the minced meat along with the chopped garlic and bread.

For the filling, combine grated cheese and sour cream, dill and 2 eggs in a homogeneous mass.
