Cabbage with smoked ribs

I would have really liked to prepare it with smoked pork chop, but I couldn't find something to buy, so I stopped at the smoked ribs. Even so, it was still good !!

  • a large, pickled cabbage (about 1.5 kg)
  • 500 gr smoked ribs
  • 150 ml tomato juice / broth
  • salt to taste
  • 4-5 tablespoons oil

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Quality cabbage with smoked ribs:

Chop the sauerkraut as small as possible and rinse it a few times with cold water. Add water, just enough to cover it a little and boil it over a good heat until it completely drops. Add the oil and the smoked ribs cut into cubes / strips and leave it in the oven until the ribs are well penetrated. Add the tomato juice / broth, mix well and leave it in the oven until lightly browned. Serve hot, optionally with polenta and hot peppers with vinegar or pickles. Good appetite!
